- 2 oz Bailey's Irish cream
- 2 oz vodka
- 3-4 oz milk

- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 generous tsp tomato paste
- 1 generous tsp Knorr Tomato bouillon
- 2-14 oz cans diced tomatoes and juice
- 1/4 tsp red pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 8 oz spaghetti, broken up into pieces
- 1-14 oz can chicken broth
- 1/2 can water
- 1/4 c. heavy cream (or cream & 1/2-n-1/2)
- 6 Tbsp chopped basil
- 2 c. shredded cheese (fontina, mozzarella, romano)
Baked French Toast Casserole with Maple Syrup

Slice French bread into 20 slices, 1-inch each
- Praline Topping:
- 1 loaf French bread (13 to 16 oz)
- 8 large eggs
- 2 c. half and half
- 1 c. milk
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- Dash salt
- Praline topping, recipe follows
- Maple Syrup
- 1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter
- 1 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Hot Apple Toddy

Heat apple cider in a non-reactive saucepan
- 3 cups apple cider
- 1 stick (8 tbsp) butter, softened
- 1/4 c. light brown sugar, apcked
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 8 graham crackers
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp rum extract
- 2 c. non-dairy whipped topping
- 4 whole cinnamon sticks
- 4 shots of bourbon whiskey

- 1 c. plus 2 tbsp sugar
- zest of 2 oranges
- 2/3 c. fresh orange juice
- Pinch of salt
- 2/3 c. plus 2 tbsp coldwater
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin

Marshmallow Fondue

- 2 pkgs (10 1/2 oz each) miniature marshmallows
- 5-6 tbsp peach schnapps
- 1/3 c. heavy cream
- Assorted fresh fruit (such as strawberries, cherries, and sliced apples and pears)
