Bake potatoes. Slice in half and scoop out potato, leaving skins in half

- Skim milk

- 1-1/2 Tbsp. salt

- 6 T cider vinegar
- 6 T sugar

- 1 T cornstarch

- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken
