- 1/3 cup water
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, undrained

- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 3/4 cup celery slices
- 1/2 cup salad dressing
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Lettuce
Super Sunday Casserole

- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 cups frozen cut broccoli, thawed
- 1 (10-3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1/2 cup milk
- Dash of pepper
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Vegetable Vinaigrette

- 1 cup cherry tomato halves
- 1 cup caulifloweret slices
- 1 cup zucchini slices

- Leaf lettuce
Linguine Parmesan

- 1/4 lb. salami, cut into strips
Hot Broccoli Dip

- 1 lb. Velveeta
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed, drained
