Melt the bittersweet chocolate chips, unsweetened chocolate and butter in double boiler and set aside to cool
- 3 oz chopped up unsweetened chocolate
- 1 1/2 cup BITTERSWEET (1 bag) chocolate chips
- 7 TBS unsalted butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 room temperature Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups SEMISWEET(1 bag)) chocolate chips

1.Preheat the oven to 350°
- 2 tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs
