  • In a meantime mix:
  • In large pot or dutch oven, brown chicken pieces and onions in 1/2 cup oil.
  • 1-1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsps ground rosemary (you can add more)
  • Salt & Pepper

Step 1

Add to chicken and let simmer for 1 to 3 hours depending on size of chicken pieces.

Before serving, cook spaghetti. Drain, then add 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese. Mix. Pour chicken over spaghetti. Serve with salad and garlic toast.

Sometimes I add carrots, diced into chicken while cooking. It adds a nice flavor.
