BROCCOLI - ONION CASSSEROLE

Cook broccoli and onions until tender crisp
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup fine bread crumbs
- 1/4 parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter
MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE

Fold all together and spread over cake
- FROSTING:
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup Crisco oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 can & juice Mandarin Oranges
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes in 9x13 pan
- 1 – 8oz. cool whip
- 1 – 20oz. crushed pineapple including juice
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding
Panko Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Wasabi Tomato Sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- For chicken:
- Cooking spray
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, about 5 ounces each
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup panko crumbs or unseasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- For spicy tomato sauce:
- 2 cups canned or jarred tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons wasabi paste
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
SLOW COOKER BBQ RIBS (WHOLE RIBS)

Place ribs in a circular way to fill your slow cooker
- 1-3 slabs of back ribs (3 pork back slabs are shown in the picture)
