Bake in flan pan at 350 degrees
- 1/3 cup butter (5 tbsp + 1 tsp)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1-1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 can frozen strawberries
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
DUMPLINGS

Mix all together and drop in by teaspoon full in stew or chicken
- 2 cups of all purpose flour
- 4 Tsps. Baking powder
- 1/2 Tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 cup milk
CRUNCHY HONEY GARLIC PORK CHOPS

Whisk the eggs and 4 tbsp water together in a shallow dish
- GLAZE:
- 6-9 pork chops (not too thick, you can use boneless pork loin)
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons water
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Canola or vegetable oil for frying chops
- 1-1/2 cups honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoon butter
BREAKFAST BAKE

Add all ingredients and mix saving biscuits for last
- 1 can Flaky Grands
- Bag shredded cheddar 8 oz.
- Half cup milk
- Cubed ham or ground cooked sausage 1 cup cooked
- 5 eggs
- Salt and pepper
VIETNAMESE CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

In 3 quart pot bring stock to a boil- medium heat
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp minced ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamon
- 1 7oz bag miracle noodles (buy fresh at chinese counter)
- 1/3 cup mushrooms
- 1 thinly sliced chili pepper with seeds removed
- 1 chicken breast, slice crosswise
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce
- 1/2 lime cut in half
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
MUSSELS IN GARLIC BUTTER

Cream the butter in a bowl with the garlic and parsley
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 dozens Mussels, washed, beards removed.
- 1/4 cup chopped shallots
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- Pinch salt
- 1 cup dry white wine
