Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup fine bread crumbs
- 1/4 parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Cook broccoli and onions until tender crisp. Drain well.
In saucepan, make cheese sauce by melting butter, adding flour, salt and pepper, and gradually adding milk. Cook until thick and bubbly. Add cream cheese and melt until smooth. Combine with vegetables and place in large casserole.
Combine bread crumbs, cheese and melted butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until bubbly. Freezes well.
