- 1 1/4 lbs sirloin steak cut into small cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1 tbs ground cumin

Waldorf Salad with Pineapple

- 2 15 oz jars of spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 lbs of ground beef
- 1 med onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tb Italian seasonings

- 1 lb mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
