OVEN BBQ TURKEY DRUMSTICKS

These drumstick have a nice carmelized topping
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- 4 fresh turkey drumsticks (about 3 lbs)
CROCKED PULLED PORK BUTT

Easy as pie. I don't know why "they" say that
- Dry Rub (your choice; I use the pork rub of:
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 6-7 lbs boneless pork shoulder/butt
- 1.5 cups burgundy
- 3 medium red onions, sliced
- 2 heads garlic, cloves peeled and left whole
- Sauce (your choice)
BUTTERSCOTCH BRANDY PUDDING

Amaretto can be substituted for the Brandy or any other dessert type liquor
- 6 tbs unsalted butter
- 1 cup plus 2 tbs packed light brown sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream, 1/4 cup warmed
- 3 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 2 cups whole milk
- 3 large egg yolks
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbs bourbon
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup crunch toffee pieces, such as
- broken Heath Bar
CHERRY COBBLER

A favorite served with vanilla bean ice cream
- For filling
- 6 cups fresh or frozen dark red cherries 1 1/4 cups sugar Unsweetened, pitted 1/4 cup water
- 4 tsp cornstarch
- For topping
- 1 cup all purpose flour 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 3 tbs margarine or butter 1 beaten egg
- 3 tbs milk
SAGE CHICKEN CUTLETS

Pounded chicken breasts can be substituted for cutlets
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken cutlets (8-10 pieces)
- pounded about 1/4 inch thick
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce (Tabasco)
- 2 cups plain dried breadcrumbs (about 8 oz)
- 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh sage, plus fried leaves for garnish
- salt/pepper
- Oil for frying
CHOCOLATE LOVER'S CHEESECAKE

- 3 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 extra serving size pkg graham cracker crumb crust (9 oz)
- 3/4 cups granulated sugar

- 2 cups (12 oz pkg) mini, semi-sweet chocolate, divided
