  • 1 (6 ounce) package chinese cellophane noodles, cooked to package directions
  • COOKING SAUCE
  • 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
