SALAD

Put all ingredients (except the cheese) in a large salad bowl and sprinkle all the spices on
- Spices:
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Mixed baby greens
- Romaine hearts
- Cucumbers, thinly sliced
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Mushrooms, sliced
- Carrots
- Feta cheese (or Asiago cheese)
- Spike Original Flavor
- Oregano leaves
- Minced garlic
- Black pepper
- Basil leaves
ORANGE CRANBERRY ROLLS

Thaw rolls until soft but still cold
- GLAZE:
- 1 pkg. Rhodes rolls
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 C. sugar
- 1/2 pkg. Craisins
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 C. sugar
- 1/4 C. orange juice
- 1 C. powdered sugar
- 5 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
ROOTBEER

Mix sugar and flavoring. Add water and mix well
- 5 lb. sugar
- 1 bottle rootbeer flavoring
- 5 gallons water
- 5 lb. dry ice
STRAWBERRY SAUCE

Wash berries in cold water and hull
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. water
LEMONADE

Stir together water, juice and sugar
- 3 3 3 c. water
- 1 1 4 C. lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C. sugar
- ice
PINEAPPLE CARROT ORANGE JELLO

Follow directions for Jell-o on box
- 1 C. carrots, shredded
- 1 C. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 large box Jell-O
CHICKEN N' NOODLES

Prepare chicken in a pot using 2 cups water
- 1 3-4 lb. stewing chicken, cut up
- 4 C. chicken broth
- 10 oz. package egg noodles
- salt
ICE CREAM

vanilla to taste
- Pudding:
- 3 C. milk
- 1 1/2-2 C. sugar
- Then add:
- 1 can Eagle brand milk
- 4 1/2 pints whipping cream
- fill with milk
CROCK-POT CHICKEN

In a crock-pot melt butter
- 1 stick butter
- boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 envelope dry italian dressing mix
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- rice or noodles
CHICKEN GRAVY

Place chicken on warm platter; keep warm while preparing gravy
- 2 2 2 Tbsp. drippings (fat & juices)
- 2 2 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1 1 C. chicken broth
- salt & pepper
