- 16 16 container 16 oz. container vanilla frosting
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 C. marshmallow cream
CREAMY LIME CHILLER

Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth
- 1C.1 C. milk
- 1C.1 C. lime sherbet
- 1/4C.1/4 C. limeade concentrate
DREAM FROSTING

Pour milk into a deep narrow bottom mixer bowl; add whipped topping mix and pudding
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 C. cold milk
- 1 1 1 envelope Dream Whip whipped topping mix
- 1 1 1 pkg. (4 serving size) lemon instant pudding
PARSLEYED NEW POTATOES

Heat 1 inch of salted water to a boil
- 1 1/2 lb. new potatoes, 10-12 small
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, snipped
BROCCOLI SALAD

- Dressing:
- 4-5 4-5 4-5 heads of broccoli, chopped
- 1 1 2 lg. onion, chopped or 2 bunches green onion, chopped
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 C. bacon bits (real bacon!!)
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 C. raisins or Craisins
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 C. sunflower seeds, shelled (or walnuts, or pecans)
- 1 1 1 qt. real mayonnaise
- 3/4-1 3/4-1 3/4-1 C. sugar
- 1/4-1/2 1/4-1/2 1/4-1/2 C. red wine vinegar
Caprese Pasta Salad

Cook pasta according to direction on package
- 1 1 1 lb. pasta, corkstrew like
- 6 6 6 Tbsp. EVOO
- 4 4 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 2 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 1 1 lb. cherry/grape tomatoes (halved or quartered)
- 1 1 1 lb. fresh mozzarella, cubed
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C. loose-packed fresh basil, chopped
- salt & pepper
Lemon Cake

Moist lemon glazed cake
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 sm. lemon jello
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- lemon rind from 1 lemon
DIVINITY FROSTING

Combine all ingredients except vanilla in a double boiler pan
- 2 2 2 egg whites
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 C. sugar
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 c. water
- 1 1 1 tsp. vanilla
YAM CASSEROLE

Bake yams in a 350F oven for 45 minutes or until done
- Topping:
- 5 lb. yams (enough to make 6 cups mashed)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 C. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2/3 C. butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/3 C. heavy cream
- 1 C. brown sugar
- 1 C. peacns, finely chopped
- 1/3 C. flour
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
