Ingredients
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. water

Preparation
Step 1
Wash berries in cold water and hull. Pat dry. Crush berries and mix with sugar (amount of sugar will vary with sweetness of berries). Put into a small saucepan, slowly heat to boiling, then lower to a simmer. Mix the cornstarch and water to a paste and add to the simmering berries. Continue to simmer about 10 minutes.
