OVEN BAKED BEEF STEW

Crockpot: Place all ingredients in crock-pot for 12 hours on low or 4 hours on high
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 lb. beef stew meat, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/3 C. flour (or 1/4 C. cornstarch)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram leaves
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 16 oz. can tomatoes, undrained, cut up
- 10 1/2 oz. can condensed beef broth
- 2 C. potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 C. celery, sliced
- 4 medium carrots, sliced
- 3 small onions, quartered
- 1 bay leaf
HOT BEEF SANDWICHES

Make boulion according to directions
- Leftover beef, sliced thin
- Boulion cubes
- boiling water
- french rolls
FROZEN FRUIT DESSERT

Fold ingredients together
- 1 1 1 gallon pineapple sherbet, softened
- 3- 10 3- 10 3- 10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed
- 5 5 5 bananas, cubed
GUACAMOLE

Mix all ingredients together just before serving
- 2 ripe avocados, mashed
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. onion, finely diced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
QUESDAILLAS

Preheat oven to 250F. Place six tortillas on a cookie sheet
- 12 flour tortillas, 6-7 inches
- 1/3 C. olives, chopped
- 6 green onions
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 1/2 C. mozarella cheese
- 1 1/2 C. cheddar cheese
POT ROAST OF BEEF

Put vegetables in bottom of crock pot
- 2-3 potatoes, peele and thinly sliced
- 2-3 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1-2 onions, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3-4 lb. brisket, rump roast or pot roast
- 1/2 C. water or beef consomme
ENCHILADAS

Preheat oven to 350F. Fry tortillas in hot oil quickly to soften
- cheese
- diced onion
- corn tortillas
- 2 2 2 cans enchilada sauce
MICROWAVE MIX'N'MATCH SMORES
