- 4 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding 125g
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil 125ml
- 1 cup warm water 250ml
- Spice Mixture
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder 15ml
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon 15ml
- 1 Tbsp. white sugar 15ml
- Glaze
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice 45ml
- 6 Tbsp. icing sugar 90ml

- 1 large jar pasta sauce

- 1 package (10 oz.) silken-style tofu OR 1 cup dry cottage cheese

- 1 C chicken broth
- 2 C diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 C diced cooked celery
- 1 1/2 C cooked and drained peas, corn, carrots.
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- Biscuits:
- 2 C flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 C cold butter or shortening
- 2/3 C milk
- 1 C grated cheese

- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 1/2 cups Quick Oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt

Cream sugar, shortening, and eggs
- Icing:
- 2 C brown sugar
- 1 C shortening or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 C mashed bananas
- 1 t vanilla
- 3 1/4 C all-purpose flour
- 1 t EACH of salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon
- 1/2 t EACH ground cloves and ground ginger
- 1 egg white
- 2 T flour
- 2 T milk
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 C icing sugar, divided
- 3/4 C shortening
Hummus

Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and whirl until smooth
- 1 can (19 oz.) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 C light sour cream
- 2 T tahini
- 2 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 t minced garlic
- 1 t grated lemon zest
- 1/2 t sesame oil
- 1/2 t each salt and granulated sugar
- 1/4 t each ground cumin and coriander
