  • 1 T dijon mustard
  • 1 t dried dill
  • 1 1/2 C vegetable or meat filling (broccoli, asparagus, ham, shrimp, tomato, pepper, etc. Steam vegetables first if using hard veggies.)
  • 1/2 C grated cheese of your choice
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 C milk
