Canadian Pork Loin Chops

"I came up with this recipe as I love maple and mustard
- Spice Rub:
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed fennel seeds
- 6 boneless pork loin chops, 1/2 inch thick
- Glaze:
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup, preferably dark amber (Grade B)
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 clove clove garlic, crushed
Cheddar Olive Balls

Mix the cheese into the butter, then stir in the flour, water, salt and paprika to combine thoroughly
- 1 cup (250 mL) cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) butter, softened
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) flour
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) water
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) paprika
- 24 pimento-stuffed green olives, drained

1. Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- 3 cups chicken broth, divided
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pound fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large leek, white and light green parts only, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 zucchinis, diced
- 1 cup chopped sugar snap peas
- 1/2 cup shelled English peas
- 1 bunch asparagus, stalks diced, tips left whole
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, or as needed
Bolognese Meat Sauce

Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 7 carrots, coarsely chopped
- 1 small white onion, chopped
- 4 slices ham
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 lemon, zested
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 pinch dried basil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream

- 3/4 cup Toasted Pine nuts
- Salt & pepper to taste

- 2 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup water

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 1 large orange, juiced (about 1/4 cup)
- 2-3 Tbsp canola oil
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or preferred 'plant milk' for lower fat)
