UC COOKBOOK - will try when I want to make another version of lasagna
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2-20 oz can canned tomatoes
- 1-12oz. can of tomato sauce
- 1-1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 1-1/2 pkgs mozzarella cheese
- 12 lasagna noodles
CINNAMON COFFEE CAKE

- 1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon

TUNA CASSEROLE

- 1/4 cup hard margarine
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups cooked pease
- 2 x 6 1/2 oz. canned tuna, drained and flaked

- 1 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp butter or margarine
- 6 tbsp milk

- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

- 4 tbsp white sugar
