Place oats in food processor, and process until smooth
- 1/2 cup regular oats
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup unprocessed wheat bran
- 1/4 cup toasted wheat germ
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Curried Couscous, Spinach, and Roasted Tomato Soup

Preheat oven to 450º. Combine tomato wedges and oil on a baking sheet lined with foil, tossing well to coat

- 1/2 t. baking soda

- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

- 3 Snickers candy bars (2.07 ounces each), cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- 3 medium tart apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 1/2 C. Milk
- 1 sm. Box vanilla Instant pudding
