In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients
- CREAM CHEESE LAYER:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups coarsely chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- TOPPING:
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar, cubed
- 1/2 cup cold butter
Three Bean Casserole

Spray 4 qt. saucepan or Dutch oven with Pam; add carrots, celery and onion
- 2 medium (1 C.) carrots, finely chopped
- 2 stalks (1 C.) celery, finely chopped
- 1 large (3/4 C.) onion finely chopped
- 1 (14.5 oz) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 2 t. dried basil leaves
- 1 (15.5 oz) can dark kidney beans, rinsed, drained
- 1 (15.5 oz) great Northern beans, rinsed, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed, drained
- 1/4 C. parsley, chopped
Mixed-Herb Pesto

Drop pine nuts and garlic through food chute with food processor on, and process until minced
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 2 cups torn spinach
- 3/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 1/2 cup arugula leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh oregano leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh thyme leaves
- 1/4 cup minced fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons (1/2 ounce) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbs. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries
- 2 cup hot water

- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
