Tex-Mex Chicken & Rice Bake

1.Stir the soup, picante sauce, water, corn and rice in a 2-quart shallow baking dish
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup whole kernel corn
- 3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
- Paprika
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
FRANK'S® REDHOT® BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

1. HEAT oven to 350°F. Place cream cheese into deep dish 9-inch pie plate
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 C. blue cheese or ranch salad dressing
- 1/2 C. FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce or FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1/2 C. crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 C. shredded cooked chicken
Smoked Salmon Spread

Serve it with somewhat bland crackers to taste to smoked salmon
- 2 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz smoked salmon, chopped
- 3 dashes worchestershire sauce
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill weed
- 2 tablespoon chopped green onion
Slow Cooker Spicy Chicken (Thai)

- 4 each chicken legs and thighs
- 2 cans (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with jalapenos
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Zucchini Gratin

This is an Ina Gartin receipe
- 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, plus extra for topping
- 1 pound yellow onions, cut in 1/2 and sliced (3 large)
- 2 pounds zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch thick (4 zucchini)
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup hot milk
- 3/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup grated Gruyere

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 T light corn syrup
- 12 oz semisweet or bittersweet chocolate
- 2 tsp vanilla

- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Arborio rice
- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 4 1/2 cups reduced-sodium canned chicken broth
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter fresh thyme leaves, for garnish (optional)

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 T minced fresh dill
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 pound (4 oz) smoked salmon, minced
