Blueberry Key Lime Cheesecake

1. Heat oven to 325°F. Spray an 8 x 3-in
- Recipe Ingredients
- Crust
- 10 shortbread cookies (we used Keebler Sandies Simply Shortbread)
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- Filling
- 3 bricks (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream, at room temperature
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 Tbsp grated lime zest
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 drop liquid green food color (optional)
- Blueberry Topping
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp water
- 3 cups blueberries
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
Savory Sirloin

A fabulous dinner entree, pair with a root vegetable and salad for a healthy dinner
- 1 lb boneless sirloin steak
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp crushed rosemary
- 1/4 tsp thyme leaves
- 1 tsp margarine
- 1 T lowfat plain yogurt
- 1 T prepared mustard
- 1 T Worchestershire sauce
- 1 T chopped parsley
Special Lemony Chicken

In a paper or plastic bag combine flour, salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup unsifted flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 6 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced (about 2 cups)
Red Lobster Cheese Biscuits

1) To cold water, add Bisquik and cheese, blending in a mixing bowl
- DOUGH:
- 1 1/4 lbs. Bisquik
- 3 ounces freshly shredded cheddar cheese
- 11 ounces cold water
- GARLIC SPREAD:
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon dried parsley
Mom's Yummy Cornbread Salad

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, adding salt and pepper to taste
- 1 to 2 cups cornbread, cubed
- 8 oz can corn, drained
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup canned pinto or garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup buttermilk ranch salad dressing
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Homemade Pizza Sauce

Quick and easy if you don't have a jar of premade sauce
- 1 - 8 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Orange - Pineapple Gelatin Salad

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- 12 oz cottage cheese, small curd
- 4 1/2 oz frozen whipped topping
- 1 lg can crused pineapple, drained
- 3 oz. pkg orange flavor gelatin (you can substitute the flavor you like)
7 layer salad

Put the lettuce on the bottom of a clear glass serving bowl or dish
- 1 bag shredded lettuce
- 3 large stalks celery chopped
- 1 small red onion chopped
- 1 small green pepper chopped
- 16 oz bag frozen peas
- 8 oz bag fat free cheddar cheese
- 16 oz bottle fat free ranch dressing
Pizza-Ghetti

- 1 (8 oz) pkg spaghetti noodles
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 (15 oz) jar pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (12 oz) pkg mozzarella cheese
- 1 pkg pepperoni
- 1 1/2 lb ground chuck
- 1 (15 oz) jar spagetti sauce
- 2 eggs
- oregano
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Grilled Stuffed Tomatoes

- 2 T finely chopped fresh parsley
- 3 ripe but firn tomatoes, sliced in half and seeded.
