Shrimp Cocktail Sauce

Mix all ingredients together
- 1/3 cup chili sauce
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tsp horseradish
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
White Sangria

- 1 to 2 apples, cut into chunks
- 1 to 2 peaches, cut into chunks
Parmesan-Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Fried Green Tomatoes

Core tomatoes; slice 3/4 inch thick
- 3 large green tomatoes
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 2 T Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 cayenne
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Pepper Sirloin Steak

Sprinkle fresh herbs on hot coals while grilling to enhance the flavor of the meat
- 2 1/2 lbs sirloin steak; 1 1/2 inches thick
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or 4 tsp dried
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2 T worchestershire
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/3 tsp dry mustard
Simple Dumplings

Mix all to soft dough. Drop into boiling liquid, cover and turn to simmer, for 15 to 20 minutes
- 1 c flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- enough milk to make soft dough.
Crab Cakes

1. Place the bread in a food processor; pulse 10 times or until coarse crumbs measure 1 1/2 cups
- 3 (1-ounce) slices white bread
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 2 large egg whites, lightly beaten
- 1 pound lump crabmeat, drained and shell pieces removed
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 4 lemon wedges
Quick Shrimp Dip

Add shrimp to dip Add Cajun Seasoning to taste Chill and serve with crackers
- 1 carton French onion dip or Ranch Dip
- 1 can shrimp
- Cajun Seasoning to taste (about 2 tablespoons is what I like.)
Tuna Noodle Casserole

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen or canned peas
- 2 cans tuna
- 2 cups cooked egg noodles
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Crawfish Etouffee

Cook crawfish in pot for 2-3 minutes
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 lb. peeled crawfish tails
- 1 med. onion chopped
- 2 ribs celery chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper chopped
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. parsley chopped
- 1 Tbsp. green onion tops chopped
- Cooked rice
