- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 6 frozen biscuits, thawed
Maine Crabmeat Fondue

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 8 ounces crabmeat, preferably from Maine
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup grated Asiago
- Paprika
- 1 French baguette
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Easy Calzone

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Unroll pizza crust on lightly greased cookie sheet
- 1 can refrigerated pizza crust
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green and red peppers
- 1 pkg (9oz) of ham or turkey or meat of choice
Bohemian Pot Roast

Combine flour and pepper; dredge pot roast
- Gravy:
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 boneless beef chuck pot roast (2 to 3 lbs) 2 T cooking oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 can tomatoes with liquid, chopped
- 1 tsp caraway seed
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 2 bay leaves.
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 3 T all-purpose flour

- 8 oz crabmeat
- 3/4 cup maynonaise
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup grated Asiago

Cheesy Rice and Broccoli

- 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 lb pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
- 1 1/2 cup minute rice, uncooked
Happy Holiday Glaze for Ham

While ham cook's combine ingredients
- 1 can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp allspice
Cereal Bars

Mix corn syrup, sugar and peanut butter in a large microwavable bowl
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup reduced fat peanut butter
- 4 cups post grape nuts cereal
Beef Stroganoff

In a 5 to 6 quart slow cooker, toss beef, onion and mushrooms with 1 1/2 tsp coarse salt and 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 lbs beef chuck trimmed of fat and cut into cubes
- 1 large onion, chopped (about 2 cups)
- 1 lb white mushrooms, trimmed and halved
- coarse salt and ground pepper
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
- 2 T. Dijion Mustard
- cooked thin egg noodles, for serving
- chopped fresh dill, for garnish (optional)
