- 2 Scallions,finely chopped.
- 1 boneless,skinless chicken breast (finely chop).
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 1/4 cup Green pea.
- 1/4 cup Yellow corn.
- 1/4 -1/2 cup Green beans chopped into small pieces
- 1/4 cup white or brown basmati rice.
- 1 Medium carrot, chopped to small cubes.
- 1 Medium potato, chopped to small cubes.
- 1 Medium zucchini, chopped to small cubes.
- 5 cups water.
- 1 Tablespoon flour + 1 Tablespoon milk powder mix well in 1 cup water.
- Fresh parsley or Coriander, chopped.

Prepare sprouted buckwheat and chickpeas for this recipe and then cook them
- Sprouted grain tortillas (or collard greens raw or steamed or gluten-free tortillas to make this recipe GF)

- 2 cups cooked chickpeas (try your best to soak them overnight and prepare them yourself instead of eating the aluminum-soaked ones)
- 1 1/2 cups cooked buckwheat
- 2 cups sweet potato, diced and steamed
- 3-4 large kale leaves, chopped and steamed for 2 minutes, until they wilt.

Soak the buckwheat and quinoa overnight rinse and drain well—you want the seeds as dry as possible
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup dry, hulled buckwheat groats
- 1/2 cup dry quinoa
- 1 1/2 cups asparagus, cut into 2″ lengths
- 1 cup veggie stock
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup dry white wine (optional)
- 1-2 tsp fresh thyme leaves, roughly chopped
- Cream Sauce
- 1/3 cup macadamia nuts
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, soaked 2-4 hours
- 2/3 cup pure water
- 1 tsp fine ground sea salt
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

- 6 cups unbleached flour.
- 2-2 1\4 cups warm water.
- 2 Tablespoons oil.
- 1 Tablespoon sugar.
- 2 teaspoons yeast.
- 2 teaspoons baking powder.
- 2 teaspoons salt.
- oil ,for shallow-frying.
- Feta & cheddar Cheese Filling:
- 250 g cheddar cheese.
- 250 g Feta cheese.
- 2-3 scallions, sliced.

- 2 dry chipotle peppers, remove seeds (unless you are a masochist and like breathing fire—like me sometimes)

- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 3/4 tsp fine ground sea salt

- Spice Paste:
- 1 1/2 pound boneless beef short ribs (cut into cubes)
- 5 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 cinnamon stick (about 2-inch long)
- 3 cloves
- 3 star anise
- 3 cardamom pods
- 1 lemongrass (cut into 4-inch length and pounded)
- 1 cup thick coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons tamarind pulp (soaked in some warm water for the juice and discard the seeds )
- 6 kaffir lime leaves (very finely sliced)
- 6 tablespoons kerisik (toasted coconut)
- 1 tablespoon sugar/palm sugar or to taste
- Salt to taste
- 5 shallots
- 1 inch galangal
- 3 lemongrass (white part only)
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger
- 10-12 dried chilies (soaked in warm water and seeded)
