Scub potatoes; halve lengthwise

Heat oven to 425F. Melt margarine in 15x10x1-inch baking pan
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3.75 lbs. skinned chicken pieces, (3.75 cooked meat that yeilds 4 ounces skinned meat per serving used for nutrtion calc.) You will actually need about 5 pounds bone-in chicken pieces for this recipe

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, condensed
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 green onions with tops, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper

Honey-sweetened beef stew, also known as tzimmes, is a classic Jewish recipe
- 7 oz frozen chopped onions, about 2 cups
- 3 pounds raw lean beef brisket, trimmed, boneless, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-size chunks
- 1/2 pounds baby carrots, cut in half if large
- 8 small uncooked new potatoes, cut in half (unpeeled) 16 items prunes, pitted
- 4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice, divided (from 2 small lemons)
- 5 tsp honey, divided
- 1 1/2 tsp table salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cups canned beef broth

In small bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder
- 1 package (10 -14 oz.) frozen broccoli cuts (not chopped), steamed (or 2 1/2 cups steamed fresh broccoli)
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken or turkey, Or 2 12-oz. cans chicken breast drained
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, I use Hellmen's light
- 1 1/2 cups milk (powdered is fine)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons curry
- 1 1/2 cups dry rice, cooked to equal 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
