- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4-5 tablespoons water
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
- 1 (8-1.4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 5 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds toasted
- several drops almond extract
LIME PIE

PIE CRUST: In medium bowl stir together flour and salt, add shortening all at once
- PIECRUST:
- 1 cup unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup pus 1 tablespoon solid vegetable shortening or lard
- 2-1/2 to 3 tablespoons ice water
- FILLING:
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- Few drops green food coloring
- 1 cup chilled heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons confectioner's sugar
- 4 lime slices, twisted
- Fresh raspberries
HERBED POTATOES

Slice potatoes about 1/4" thick
- 2 medium baking potatoes
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2-4 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, oregano, or tarragon, crushed
PEACH-RASPBERRY BUNDLES WITH ORANGE CUSTARD SAUCE

SAUCE: Combine cream, milk, and orange peel in heavy small saucepan
- SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoons grated orange peel.
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup sugar
- FILLING:
- Nonstick vegetable oil spray,
- 1 (17.3 oz.) package frozen puff pastry (2 sheets) thawed 1 lb, peaches peeled chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 2-1/2 tablespoons plus 8 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 large egg white whisked until frothy
NORTH CAROLINA BARBECUE SAUCE

Mix all ingredients in a 6 quart pot
- 1 gallon apple cider vinegar
- 1 (28 oz.) bottle ketchup
- 22 ounces light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/2 cup crushed red pepper
- 1 tablespoons black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
BENIHANA GINGER SALAD DRESSING

Combine all ingredients in a blender
- /2 cup minced onion
- 1/2 cup peanut oil
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons minced celery
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
HERBED YORKSHIRE PUDDING

Whisk eggs in medium bowl to blend
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh sage
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary,
- 6 tablespoons reserved pan drippings from Prime Rib, or olive oil
PAPRIKA PORK STEW

Cut pork into 1" cubes. Combine flour, paprika, and salt, mix well
- 1 lb. boneless pork
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 4 small potatoes quartered
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup sour cream
BREAST OF CHICKEN DIJON

Lightly flatten chicken breasts
- 2 whole boneless chicken breasts, split
- Milk
- All-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- 1 jar chicken gravy
- 2/3 cup half-and-half
- 1-1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
PECAN CAKE WITH TANGERINE CREAM FILLING

In food processor blend half the nuts until coarsely ground, repeat with remaining nuts

- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon finely shredded tangerine or orange peel
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Whipped cream frosting
