Slice pork into 3/4" slices, cut slices into 3/4" cubes
- 2 lbs. boneless pork
- 2 tablespoons bacon drippings
- 3 cups chopped onions
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chili powder
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- 14-1/2 ounce can chicken broth
HAM BISCUIT FILLING

In a food processor, grind ham into small pieces
- 1 cup ground cooked ham, 4 tablespoons butter, cream biscuits.
- Cream Biscuits
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- plus more for dusting
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
MEXICAN CHICKEN CORN CHOWDER

- 1-1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 cups half and half cream
- 2 cups ( 8 ounces) Monterey jack cheese
- 1 can (16 ounces) cream style corn
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, undrained
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
POUND CAKE PEACH BRANDY

Beat butter at medium speed of an electric mixer 2 minutes
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1/2 cup peach brandy
- 2 teaspoons dark rum
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1-1/2 teaspoons paprika

- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper.
ORANGE BEEF IN VEGETABLE NESTS

- 1 lb. boneless sirloin steak
- 1 red pepper
- `1/2 lb. snow peas
- `2 tablespoons peanut oil, divided
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch, divided
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons each orange marmalade and lite soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts

JIF PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

FRESH HORSERADISH SAUCE

In saucepan combine horseradish, shallots, garlic, mustard and cream
- 3/4 cup freshly grated horseradish or bottled
- 3 tablespoons minced shallots
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1-1/2 cups heavy cream
- Salt and white pepper
