  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup canned chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
  • Corn Tortillas:
  • 2 cups corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lard
  • 1-1/2 cups water
