- 1 1/2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
- 2 1/2 tbsp vegan margarine
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- egg replacer to equal 1 1/2 eggs
- CHEESECAKE:
- 2 1/2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1/2 cup vegan "cream cheese"
- 1/3 cup soy yogurt
- 1/2 cup firm tofu
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
