Peanut Butter Cookie Pops

Heat oven to 375 F. degrees
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup margarine softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 10 wooden sticks
- 10 Snickers or Milky Way fun size candy bars

- 1 stick butter, softened

Caramel (Salted) Thumbprint Cookies

- 1 ⁄2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons lime zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ⁄4 cup cornstarch
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Green gel food coloring
- Garnish: gel icing, sugar stars, and confectioners’ sugar

- 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and run through a mandoline or otherwise cut into 1/2" thick strips
- 2 quarts peanut oil, or enough to fill your deep fat fryer or a large pot

- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole buttermilk
- 5 egg whites, beaten until stiff
- 1 recipe Strawberry Curd
- 1 recipe Strawberry Frosting
- Garnish: fresh strawberries

Empty both the peanut butter and frosting into a microwave safe container
- 1 Jar of any brand peanut butter – 16.3 oz
- 1 – Tub ready made frosting any flavor ( I like the plain vanilla,the best but avoid cream cheese and whipped they won't work right. Dark chocolate would be good too.)
