- 1/4 1/4 1/4 pound sliced provolone
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 pound mozzarella
- 1 1 1 cup slice pepperoncini
- 2 2 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 1 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 small onion thinly sliced

Combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 cups milk
- 3 extra-large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 pound (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted, plus extra to grease the pan
- 8 ounces aged extra-sharp Cheddar, grated, divided
- 1/3 cup chopped scallions, white and green parts, plus extra for garnish, 3 scallions
- 3 tablespoons seeded and minced fresh jalapeño peppers

- 2 red bell peppers, diced
- 2 fresh jalapenos, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 stick salted butter, cut into pieces

- 2 cups (4 Sticks) Salted Butter, Softened
- 1-1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 whole Large Eggs, Separated
- 4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 3 Tablespoons Orange, Lemon, And Lime Zest (approx 1 Tablespoon Each)
- 2 Tablespoons Orange, Lemon, And/or Lime Juice (2 Tablespoons Total)
- Icing
- 3 cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Whole Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Orange, Lemon, And Lime Zest
- Juice Of 1/2 Lime
- Juice Of 1/2 Lemon
- Dash Of Salt
- Extra Zest, For Decorating
Chicken in Lemon Sauce

Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat; add chicken
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 4 whole chicken breast, split,skinned and boned
- 2 tablespoon dry white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 2 tablespoons leamon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- Red grapes and lemon peel, for garnish
Chocolate Coated Cherry Surprised

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cups creamy style peanut butter
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup powered sugar sifted
- 1 1 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 2 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 25-28 25-28 8 maraschino cherries with stem on (at least an 8 ounces jar the count varies by brand), drained
- Dipped chocolate
- 5 5 5 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 1 1 1 Tablespoon oil ( Coconut/safflower/ etc.)

- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 medium zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 4 green onions bias-sliced into 1-inch lengths
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped (1 cup)
- 1/4 cup snipped parsley
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
