- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1/2 cup mini-chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar, if desired

1. In a medium bowl, mix the buttermilk and hot pepper sauce
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
- 4 boneless, chicken breast halves
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil

- 4 4 4 ounces Ghirardelli Classic White Chocolate Baking Bar
- 4 4 4 large egg yolks at room temperature
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 2 2 cups whipping cream
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Graham Cracker Chewy Bars

Heat the oven to 350 degrees
- Crust
- 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Topping
- 2 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 4 extra-large eggs (I actually just used 4 large eggs)
- 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- Powdered sugar, if desired
Butterfinger Nutter Butter Cheesecake Bars

Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 16 whole nutter butter cookies 1/4 cup melted butter for the cheesecake filling
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 egg 1/2 tablespoon all purpose flour 6 fun size Butterfinger chocolate bars for the topping
- 3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips 3 tablespoons butter
Chile Rellenos Bake

This will keep in the fridge for a few days, but you probably won't have any leftovers
- Ingredients:
- Chile Rellenos Bake
- (Makes 6 servings, recipe from Brooke with slight adaptations by Kalyn)
- 1 26 oz. can roasted and peeled green chiles (or use about 24 roasted and peeled green chiles.)
- 4 cups grated cheese (I used 4-Cheese Mexican blend from Costco, which is a low-fat blend of Monterey Jack, medium cheddar, Queso Quesadilla, and Asadero cheese)
- 1 lb hamburger meat or ground turkey
- 1/2 cup very thinly sliced green onions
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup fat-free or low-fat milk
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. chile powder (I used ground Ancho chile powder from Penzeys)
