In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; frain

- 1 can (15 1/4 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 10 corn tortillas (6 in) cut into 1 in pieces
- 1 bottle (8 oz) taco sauce
- 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- hot pepper sauce, optional
Peanut Butter Brownie Bars

Prepare the brownie batter according to package directions
- 1 package fudge brownie mix
- 12 peanut butter cups, chopped
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped
- 2 cups (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Easy Lemonade Pie

Combine the milk and pudding in a mixing bowl and beat on low speed for 2 minutes
- 5 ounces can evaporated milk
- 3.4 ounce package of instant lemon pudding mix
- Two 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup lemonade concentrate

Healthy Fried Chicken

1. Combine buttermilk and paprika in a large ziplock plastic bag
- 1/3 cup reduced-fat buttermilk
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 12 oz boneless, skinless chicken breat tenders (about 8 to 10 pieces)
- 1/3 cup twig-shaped bran cereal
- 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. dry onion soup mix
- Salt to taste

1. Cut carrots into julienne strips
- 2 medium carrots, peeled
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 5-6 green onions with tops (about 1 1/4 cups sliced), divided
- 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons Asian Seasoning Mix
- 4 packages (3 ounces each) oriental-flavor ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 cups water

- 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounce carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 14 ounce prepared angel food cake cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 cans (21 ounces each) blueberry pie filling
