Seasoned Pretzels

Put all ingredients in a bag to coat evenly
- 1 pound Pretzels
- 1 cup Orville Redenbacher's oil
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
- 1 tbsp dill
- 1 packet Ranch dressing
Fast and Fabulous Thai Chicken Salad

In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix and salad dressing
- 1 pkg (16 oz) coleslaw mix
- 1/3 cup sesame ginger salad dressing
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup Thai peanut sauce
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, julienned
- 1/2 cup chow mein noodles
- 2 green onions, chopped
Connie's fabulous cheese dip

mix all ingredients together use with a variety of veggies
- 8 oz philly cream cheese
- 16 oz cheese whiz (whipped is good)
- add enough milk to thin
- dash of garlic salt
Strawberry Banana Smoothie

In a blender, combine all ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, partially thawed
- 1 medium firm banana, cut into chunks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 ice cubes
Banana Cream Spooners

Prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions using milk
- 1 (3.4 oz) box Hy-Vee vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 2 c. Hy-Vee skim milk
- 1 large banana, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices*
- 1 c. crushed mini Nilla™ wafers
- 1 c. Hy-Vee whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 8 mini Nilla™ wafers
- Hy-Vee lemon juice, optional
Fresh Mint Sweet Iced Tea

Bring the 12 cups of water just barely to a boil in a large saucepan or Dutch oven
- 12 cups water
- 6 tea bags (use tea that is not flavored; use plain Lipton tea bags)
- 1 cup fresh peppermint leaves
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups water
- Garnish: lemon slices
- mint sprigs
Bread Pudding

Break bread slices and cover bottom of 9x13 inch pan
- Sauce:
- 6 or 7 slices bread
- 3 eggs
- 1 qt. milk
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 T. cornstarch
- 2 T. butter
Tomato Rosemary Focaccia

Unroll pizza crust onto a greased baking sheet
- 1 tube (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed, divided
- 2 to 3 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
Skillet Tacos

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 samll red onion, chopped
- 1 can (15 1/4 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 10 corn tortillas (6 inch) cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 bottle (8 oz) taco sauce
- 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- Hot pepper sauce, optional

- 1 15 oz can untrained crushed tomatoes
- 1 T chopped fresh basil
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 T tomato paste
- 16 oz thinly sliced fresh mozzarella cheese
