- 1 (2 pound) pork tenderloin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 3 Tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary (roughly chopped)

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup oats, bran combo
- 4 heaping tbsp 10 grain cereal (bob's red mill)
- 1 tbsp yeast
- Note: can experiment with white flour - would need more liquid
