Asian Barbecued Ribs

- Sauce:
- 4 lbs pork side spareribs
- 2/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/3 cup plum sauce
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp minced ginger root
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp dry sherry
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp chili paste
Miso Flank Steak

Combine first 4 ingredients Put mixture and steak in a container to marinate for 2 hours Grill or bake

1.To make the cupcakes, preheat the oven to 350°
- For the cupcakes:
- 3 cups sifted cake flour
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup butter, at room temperature
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

- For the apple filling:
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. cinnamon

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Hershey Bar Brownie Cake

Cowboy Pasta Salad

- 1 pound hickory smoked bacon (diced)
- 3/4 pound lean ground beef
- 1 tsp cumin
- pinch red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 1/2 tsp hot chili sauce
- 2 cups cherry tomates
- 1 cup yellow peppers
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
