Combine all ingredients together
- Half as much for flavour:
- Olive oil and balsamic vinegar 50/50
- lemon juice
- red wine vinegar
- Spices: Cilantro, basil, Salt & pepper

- 2 c cooked chicken/sausage
- 1 stick butter
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 garlic minced
- 1 c fresh mushrooms/can mushrooms
- 1 c raw rice
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Sugar Cookies

- 1 c butter (unsalted)
- 1 c sugar (brown or white)
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder

- 1/4 tsp salt
Miss Susan's Pepperoni Bread

Defrost bread. Mix eggs, parsley and oregano
- 1 frozen loaf bread
- 8 oz mozzarella or provolone (grated)
- 1 t parsley
- 1/4 lb pepperoni, thinkly sliced
- 1 egg
- 1 t oregano
- 1/4 parmesan
Jen's Salad - Pears

Combine ingredients for salad dressing
- 3-4 garlic cloves chopped
- 1/4 c sugar
- Basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c white vinegar
- 1/2 c salad oil
- 2-3 pears
- 1/2 c craisins
- 2/3 c toasted pecans
- crumbled blue cheese or feta
Chili (Susan's)

Cook meat and add all ingredients to crock pot and let it simmer
- onions

- ground beef
- 2-3 T chilli powder
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 4-5 tomatoes chopped
- kidney beans
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1 1/2 t cumin
- 1 pinch oregano
- 1 pinch cayene
- 1 pinch salt
Hamburger Barley Soup

Brown Meat, drain off fat
- 2 lbs hamburger
- 16 oz can tomatoes
- 6 oz tomato juice
- 7 c water
- 1/2 c string beans or peas
- 1 c green pepper
- 1 c celerty; 1/2 c celery greens
- 2 tsp garlic
- S&P
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 c barley
Rolo Cookies

Flatten palm sized dough in hand, add Caramilk in middle, roll into a ball
- 4 bars of Caramilk
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cups cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
