Meatballs & Sauce - Spagetti

Combine all ingredients for sauce in large pot and simmer many hours Fry meatballs in oil until fully browned
- 2 large cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 c parmesan
- S&P
- Meatballs
- 1 lb ground meat
- 1/2 c bread crumbs
- 1/4 c parmesan
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1 clove minced garlic
Jen's Pear Salad

Mix salad together add dressing Top with pecans and blue cheese
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c sugar
- fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 1/2 c white vinegar
- 1/2 c canola oil
- 2-3 pears chopped
- 1/2 c craisins
- 2/3 toasted pecans
- Crumbled blue cheese

- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
Herb Spice Roast Beef

In small bowl, combine vinegar, oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, lemon rind, peppercorns and salt; rub all over roast
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) grated lemon rind
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) cracked peppercorns
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
- 3 lb (1.4 kg) Sirloin tip oven roast
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) all-purpose flour
- 2-1/2 cups (625 mL) beef stock
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) tomato paste
Cuban Beans and Rice

Saute garlic and onion in oil
- 1 can black beans
- 4 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 c brown rice
- 2 c water
- 1 T oil
- 1 onion
- garlic
Ulimate Chicken Wings

Blend together. Toss cooked chicken wings in sauce then broil
- 1/4 c hot pepper sauce
- 1 T canola oil
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tsp wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
BBQ Chicken Marinate (Karla's)

Mix together in casserole dish
- 1/2 c lemon juice
- 1 c O.J.
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 garlic cloves

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes
- Cream together:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- Beat in:
- 1 egg
- 1 t vanilla
- Combine:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- Stir in chocolate chips
Poppy Seed Dressing

Put all ingredients in food processor
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c raspberry vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. grated red onion
- 1 c vegetable oil (or less)
- 1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
Basmati Rice

Blend all together Let marinate overnight if possible
- 1 c red onion
- 1 c red pepper
- 1 c cooked basmati
- beans: black/white
- corn
- 1/2 c white wine vinegar
- 1 T dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 cumin
- 1 t garlic
- 1 c canola
- s&p
- Cilantro
