- 1 can eaglebrand
- 6 macintosh toffee
- 1/2 cup butter
- Rice krispies
- Marshmellows frozen (cut in half)
Grainless Granola

In a large bowl combine cashews, pumpkin seeds, almonds, flaxseeds, coconut and cinnamon
- 1 c raw cashews
- 1 c pumpkin seeds
- 1 c slivered almonds
- 2 Tbsp whole flaxseed or chia seeds
- 1 c unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp extra light olive oil, or coconut oil
- 1/4 c sugar free hazelnut syrup or agave
Jamaican Farewell

Ultimate Coffee Cream Just add a few spoons to melt on top of coffee and enjoy!

- 1 can eagle brand milk
- 6 mackintosh toffee bars
- 1/2 c butter
- Large marshmellows
Spagetti Bake (Angela)

Cook sausage over med heat breaking up with spoon unti no longer pink
- Topping:
- 2 lbs Italian sausage casing removed
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp dried basil
- 4 c sliced mushrooms
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 6 cups fresh spinach
- 12 oz spagetti
- 2 T butter
- 1/3 c flour
- 3 c milk
- 3/4 c shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 tsp S&P
- 1/2 c parmesan
Tzatziki Sauce

- 8 oz plain yogurt (Greek best)
- 1 cucumber peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 T olive oil
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- S&P
- 1/2 T chopped, fresh dill
- 2 cloves garlic
Chicken & Brocolli

Layer in casserole dish: Brocolli Chicken Sauce Cheese Bake 375F for 35 minutes
- 3-4 chicken breasts cooked
- 1 head brocolli
- Grated cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c mayo
- 1 tsp currie powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice

- 3 Tbsp dijon mustard

Cape Breton Bark

Crackers ob cookie sheet. Pour butter/ sugar over top and bake 7-10 minutes at 350
- Melt and boil for 5-10 minutes (fudge like):
- unsalted crackers
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 bag milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
