- 10 chicken breasts
- 1 quart oil
- 1 cup sherry
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- pinch of salt
- Dash of paprika & oregano

Step 1
Pound chicken breasts with a mallet until chicken is about 1/2 inch thick.. Marinate for 24 hours in the following last six ingredients listed. Saute marinated chicken in butter until brown on both sides. Bake uncovered in 350 oven for 10 minutes. Serve with broiled tomatoes.
