- 1 * 1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 * 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, Freshly Grated
- 1 * 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- * ¼ cups Water
- 1 * 1 pinch Salt And Pepper, to taste
