- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt or applesauce or peanut butter
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips, melted for dipping
Crunchy Granola

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F
- 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup oat bran
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. packed light or dark brown sugar
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
