- 8 thinly cut (about 1/2-inch thick) pork chops, about 3 pounds
- 2 teaspoons Essence, recipe follows
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 cups thinly sliced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cans water (measured in the chicken broth cans)
- 1 pound smoked sausage or andouille, cut crosswise into 1-inch slices
- 1 pound russet potatoes, peeled, and cut into 1-inch cubes
Cheesy Sausage and Egg Bake

1.Heat oven to 350°F. Grease rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
- 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (4 ounces)
- 8 medium green onions, sliced (1/2 cup)
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped (1 1/2 cups)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 ounces)
- 1 1/4 cups Original Bisquick® mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 12 eggs
Golden Parmesan Potatoes

ItPREHEAT oven to 425°F. Rinse potatoes; pat dry on paper towels, then pat dry
- 6 cups Yukon gold potato slices (about 6 medium potatoes), about 1/8 inch thick
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted, divided
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
- Chopped fresh chives (optional)
Swiss Steak Supper Recipe

- 1-1/2 pounds beef top round steak
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1-1/2 cups fresh baby carrots
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) Italian diced tomatoes
- 1 jar (12 ounces) home-style beef gravy
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, softened butter and egg until soft dough forms
- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® double chocolate chunk cookie mix
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cocoa-flavored rice cereal
Baked Potato Pizza

1.Heat oven to 400°F. Spray or grease 15x10-inch or larger dark or nonstick cookie sheet
- 1 can (11 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated thin pizza crust
- 6 slices (1 oz each) provolone cheese
- 2 cups cubed unpeeled baked potato (about 1 large)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing and seasoning mix (from 1-oz milk recipe package)
- 8 strips crisply cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (4 medium), if desired
- Sour cream, if desired
Ground Beef Pot Pie

1.Heat oven to 450°F. Make pie crusts as directed on box for Two-Crust Pie, using 9-inch glass pie plate
- 1 box Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
- Filling
- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 cups frozen southern-style diced hash brown potatoes (from 32-oz bag), thawed
- 3 medium carrots, sliced (1 1/2 cups)
- 1 jar (12 oz) beef gravy
