- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)

1.Melt margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
- 1 1/2 cups cut-up fully cooked ham
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 package (4.9 oz) Betty Crocker® au gratin potatoes
- 2 1/2 cups hot water
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 medium carrots, sliced (2 cups)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
- 1 box (9 oz) Green Giant® frozen cut broccoli, thawed and drained

Loaded Mashed Potato Bake

- 1 pound red potatoes (about 3 medium), cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/3 cup real bacon bits, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion

- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced shallots

- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup medium or dry sherry or apple juice
- 1 1/2 cups Progresso® reduced-sodium chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
Oven-Fried Ranch Drumsticks

1.Heat oven to 425°F. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil
- 3/4 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1 package (1 oz) ranch dressing and seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 1/2to 3 lb chicken drumsticks (12 to 15 pieces)

Mini Reuben Turnovers

1.Heat oven to 375°F. In food processor bowl with metal blade, place corned beef, cheese, sauerkraut and mustard
- 2 oz corned beef (from deli), cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese (1 oz)
- 2 tablespoons well-drained sauerkraut, squeezed dry with paper towel
- 2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated seamless dough sheet
- 1 egg, beaten, if desired
- Thousand Island dressing, if desired
