Starbucks Bircher

Combine the oats, berries and yoghurt in a bowl with a splash of water to loosen if it’s a little thick
- 50 g porridge oats
- 200 g natural yoghurt
- 50 g frozen mixed berries (defrost by rinsing in cold water)
- Approx 20 pumpkin seeds (level tsp)
- Approx 20 dried cranberries and sultanas (level tbsp)
Tangy Chuck Wagon Pot Roast

Sprinkle roast with flour
- 1 beef blade roast, approx 3 lbs
- flour
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 cup beef stock
- 6-8 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 6-8 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
- 20 pearl onions, peeled or 2-3 onions, cut into chunks
Custard

Scald the 2 cups milk. Meanwhile mix the remaining ingredients together
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- shake salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups milk
Wacky Cake

Sift dry ingredients in a 9x13 inch cake pan
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 8 Tbsp cocoa
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 10 Tbsp oil
- 2 cups warm water

Makes 2 loaves. Preheat oven to 325°F
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup veg. oil
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 cups grated zucchini (do not squeeze water out)
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions 1. In large bowl beat cream cheese and white sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy
- 8 oz. pkg cream cheese 1 c sugar 1/2 c packed brown sugar 2 can(s) 8 oz. crescent dinner rolls 1 egg yoke 1 c chopped pecans 2 Tbsp butter, melted 2 tsp cinnamon powdered sugar if desired 1 tsp vanilla

- 1 cup butter, divided
- 2 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1-250 g pkg marshmallows
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or almonds
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut
Mustard-Crusted Pork Chops

Preheat oven to 425°F. Season pork chops lightly with salt and pepper
- 4 pork chops, 1-inch thick
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
