Crispy outside and tender inside, Italian-style chicken cakes go from start to finish in 20 minutes
- 1/2 cup Progresso® Italian-style bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 cups finely chopped deli rotisserie chicken (from 2- to 2 1/2-lb chicken)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup tomato pasta sauce, heated
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 oz)

- 8 Oz. Fettuccine, uncooked
- 1 1/4 C Fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 4 Tsp. flour

- 1/4 Tsp. Ground nutmeg

- 1/3 cup steak sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 4 beef tenderloin steaks, about 1 inch thick (4 oz each)
- 8 small new potatoes (1 lb), cut lengthwise in half
- 2 tablespoons water
- Cooking spray
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh or 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Italian Pasta Bake

1. Brown meat in large skillet; drain
- 1lb. Ground beef
- 8oz. Broken spaghetti or 3 cups penne or rotini pasta, cooked, drained
- 1 Jar (26-28oz.) Spaghetti sauce
- 3/4 C Kraft gated paresan cheese, divided
- 1 Pkg. Kraft shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
Chicken and Rice Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 (14 1/2-ounce) can green beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 medium onion, diced and sauteed
- 1 (8-ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1 (4-ounce) can pimentos, drained
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (6-ounce) box long-grain and wild rice, cooked according to package directions
- 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar
- Pinch salt
French Toast

- 1 1/2 lbs. Beef cubed
- 2 Tbs Vegtable oil
- 2 C Carrots
- 3 Med onions
- 4 Potatoes
- 3/4 C Frozen corn
- 3/4 C Frozen green beans
- 1/2 C Water
- 1 Can cream of mushroom
- 1 Can tomato soup
- 1 Env. dry french onion soup
- 2 Tbs Worchestersher sauce
- 2 Tbs parsely flakes

To start the chicken: Place the chicken, celery, onion, bay leaves, bouillon, and House Seasoning in a large pot
- Chicken:
- 1 (2 1/2-pound) chicken, cut into 8 pieces
- 3 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 teaspoon House Seasoning, recipe follows
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
- Dumplings:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Ice water

- 1 medium onion, sliced (about 1 cup)
- 1 package (8 oz) sliced fresh mushrooms (3 cups)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 jar (12 oz) chicken gravy
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry, if desired
- 1 deli rotisserie chicken (2 to 2 1/2 lb), cut into serving pieces, skin removed if desired
