Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F

  • Sweet potatoes.(A good estimate being one per person).
  • Corn starch. A big sprinkle’s worth. (optional but said to help make the fries crispy)
  • Olive oil. A couple of tablespoons or so.
  • Salt, pepper and spices. Amy suggested cumin, but I much prefer cayenne pepper, paprika or curry powder. Garlic is great as well. It’s up to you!
