- 1 dash vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 slices bread
- 1 small banana, sliced

Baked Parmesan Paprika Chicken

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 2 tablespoons milk
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Preheat broiler and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil
- 2 T butter
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar and mozarella cheese blend
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 large shallot, finely minced
- 1 small loaf ciabatta bread

- canned buttermilk biscuits - 2 1/2 cans out of pack of 4
- shredded cheese (Mexican style is good)
- frozen shredded hash browns

Orecchiette with Broccoli, Tomatoes & Sausage

- 1 T. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 8 oz. sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1 can (15 oz.) diced tomatoes, with juice
- Salt
- 1 lb. orecchiette or pasta shells
- 4 cups small broccoli florets (from one head)
- Shredded Parmesan, optional

Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato and discard; remove core
- 6 medium tomatoes
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 t. dried basil
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
